Todd Novak is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Finance and is responsible for supporting portfolio CFOs and MDP’s investment teams in connection with buy side and sell side due diligence as well as other portfolio finance imperatives. Prior to joining MDP in 2023, Todd was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP where he held various leadership roles and worked with MDP as a financial due diligence advisor.
