These opportunities generally require deep industry knowledge and the ability to bring experience and resources to develop and drive value creation. The team believes that these situations offer compelling return profiles and has been a competitive sourcing advantage.
Our team leverages its deep network of relationships with executives and industry leaders to help create value for our portfolio companies. We have a track record of supporting our portfolio companies in executing both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
We pursue investments in financial services companies exhibiting certain favorable characteristics, such as differentiated distribution, proven servicing and/or technology capabilities; recurring and high free cash flow business models; and favorable industry and/or demographic trends. We focus on investment opportunities with multiple value creation alternatives, including accretive acquisitions, geographic expansion, cost saving opportunities, as well as organic growth initiatives including expanding sales capabilities, developing new channels for distribution and other growth levers.
